Slot Config Dialog "Unit Scheme" Notice
This is being proposed as a possibly short-term alternative to "Open Slot Dialog Unit Scheme Local Override Mode". The intention is to clarify the fact that the configuration dialog defines the "Local Units" unit scheme -- and to make it easy for the user to switch to that unit scheme so that the values displayed in other dialogs are coherent with the display attributes being configured.
