(1) If the diagnostics window is not integrated into the SCT, the window pops up to the front every time a model is run. The behavior in the current executable is more desirable, with the diagnostics window only popping to the front if there is a warning or abort message. The window does not (and should not) pop to the front if the messages are green. Don't Raise stand-alone Diag window on Highlight (green) messages.  trivial

(2) We would like to minimize the space in the SCT window taken up by the diagnostics window. To do this, we suggest removing the row that contains the "File" and "settings" buttons and the search field. We would like these to only be displayed if the diagnostics are in a seperate window. Also, whatever settings are selected when the diagnostics are in a seperate window should be applied to the integrated window (i.e. option of horizontal scroll bar and line numbers). (a) Don't show the Diagnostic menu bar when the Diag window is in the SCT  0.5

(4) We would like to have the run status information automatically dismiss when cells are selected in the SCT rather than having to select the "Dismiss" button.
