It can be 10-12 minutes + 3-5
minutes for questions.
Turn in:
Timeline:
By Thurs Sept 11
inform Dr. Zagona of your topic (dam selected).
Thurs September 18 –
presentations. The class will be 2 hours long.
Grading criteria:
60% quality of content and
completeness
20% sensible and interesting
organization of information
20% presentation, communication and
the ability to answer questions.
IMPORTANT – your presentation cannot last
longer than 15 minutes. You will be asked to stop so we don't run out of time
for other presentations. Obviously, if you haven't finished when you stop, your
grade will be affected. This is good practice for conference presentations.
Someone with a watch can give you hand signals (5, 3 and 1 minutes left) if you wish.
