RiverWare 7.0 -- Qt5 Issues Summary (July/Aug 2016)

Differences in QTreeView tree doecorations, and "Hover" ornamentation problem:

On the open object dialog, the treeview menus are different and whiteout as you mouse over them. See screenshot to the right for the Qt5 version.  Left is a snapshot using Qt48.

Analysis: This seems to be a problem on Windows 8.1, but not on Windows 7 (tried with two different desktop personalization themes). With this Qt 5.5.1 build there are four "Widget styles": "Windows", "WindowsXP", "WindowsVista" and "Fusion". The problem resolves by selecting the last one ("Fusion"). (This is not necessary on my Windows 7 machine -- the first three also work well). Additional notes:

• The RiverWare Utilities >> Windows >> Widget Style submenu is currently shown only if a "RIVERWARE_WIDGET_STYLES_ENA" environment variable is defined and given a non-zero value.
• In Q3GUI/Workspace.cpp, see the two Workspace::setWidgetStyle() methods, and the Qt static method: QApplication::setStyle().
