Gnats 5983: Printing SCTs with Sheets: Garbage printed for slots on hidden 
  sheets. (Similar to Gnats 5880).

As documented and fixed with Gnats 5880, after the upgrade from Qt 4.8.5 to 
Qt 5.5.1 for RiverWare 7.0, 'garbage' was being printed for hidden SCT rows 
and columns.  This applied to hidden 'detail' rows in aggregated views, and 
hidden optionally-shown columns in the SCT row header table.

We are also seeing the same dysfunction with slot rows or slot columns hidden 
due to SCT Sheets.  That is 'garbage' is being shown for slots on SCT Sheets 
other than the currently selected SCT Sheet.  The basic observation that the 
Gnats 5880 dysfunction is still occurring (albeit for a different reason) was 
reported by Greg Mueller (TVA) in a 6-26-2017 e-mail.

This commit contains a provisional fix which needs more testing. We need
to conform also that the 'paging' and page generation estimate (for 
confirmation by the user) is still correct.
