Changes to the RiverWare Model Info dialog:

(1) "Save History" list changed to single line, as only information about 
    the last "save" had been presented.

(2) Addition of "Run History" list, with the ability to limit the number 
    of records to be presented and saved in the model file, a "Clear Run 
    History" operation, and a "Copy selected items" context menu operation 
    which copies both an HTML table and a text-character-based table to the 
    system clipboard.

(3) Simplification of the Comment editor. The edit is now immediately 
    applied; there are no longer OK/Apply/Reset/Cancel buttons. In their 
    place is a "Close" button.
