(1) Slot name editing in the Slot Viewer.  This involved:

  (a) Editor enabledness logic.

  (b) Taking into account the difference in the NAME FIELD in the Slot 
      Viewer.  It contains the Slot's full name (e.g. including the 
      containing Object and Account).

  (c) Update logic enhancement, as now two of these dialogs can be 
      simultaneously shown: the Slot Viewer and the Slot's own Open Slot
      dialog.

(2) Column width "Fit" algorithm enhancement to take into account the Slot 
    Viewer's columns' Close Column (Red-X) Icon Button.

(3) Fix: Opening Slots from the SCT was still showing the individual 
    Open Slot dialogs.

(4) Fix: Slot column headers for slots on Aggregate Objects. The AggObj 
    ELEMENT part of the name was mistakenly repeating the AggObj name 
    (which appears on its own line within the column header text).
