Where I left off last week was having a problem with value-setting operations 
in Slot Viewer where not all slots started on the same timestep.  That wasn't 
exactly the problem.  It was caused by a slot's start time being changed 
AFTER it was added to the Slot Viewer.

Adding callback registrations to the Slot Viewer's slot list fixed this 
problem.
