Slot Viewer Dev: Series Slot Time Offset and Range Fixes

Initially, the Slot Viewer wasn't correctly aligning Slot timesteps with 
display rows when not all series slots started at the same timestep.
This has been fixed with changes to his method:

  void SlotQDlgSlotData::computeTinxOffset()
