For Release Nums: 7.2

Time-Integrated Sum (e.g. Volume or Energy) in the SCT is now shown using
units from the active Unit Scheme.  This is the last _development_ task for
this small project.  I now need to do detailed testing using irregular units
(e.g. per-month and per-year) and irregular timesteps (monthly and annual).
