Fixes:

(1) Now that numeric data shows up on BOTH selection statistics rows, both
rows need to be updated EVEN IF only selection data (and not the selected
slots) is changing.  (A minor optimization to conditionally skip the
generation of the first statistics row was removed).

(2) "Alt Units" active on a particular slot (supported only on Accounting
slots) is now taken into account for the new Integrated Sum computation in
method: SlotQDlgSelection::compileValidVals().  This fixes the crazily large
Integrated Sum (Volume) values which had been shown for "Gain Loss" Account
Slots in the Edit Account Dialog (in Flow mode).
