SCT: Show Sheet in New SCT [1]

For Release Nums: 7.2

For the new "Undocking" SCT Sheet requirement, we have decided to _not_ 
modify the original SCT -- i.e. not remove the original tab.  Instead, we 
are providing a "Show Sheet in New SCT ..." context menu operation.

This creates a new SCT having the same general configuration, but only with 
the Series Slot items of the selected tab.  (However, performing that 
operation on the final "All Slots" tab does copy all Series Slot items to 
the new SCT.  The new SCT is unnamed, and unsaved.

Known issues:
  (1) The custom font specification does not seem to be copied to the new SCT.
  (2) The new SCT has only the default (small) size -- rather than the size of
      the original SCT dialog.
