SCT: Prevent editability (for now) of the new Text Series Slots [1]

Some revisions to the SCT were made to more appropriately handle the new 
Text Series Slots.

Just for the SCT (not the open series slot dialog) Text Series Slot text 
values are not editable.  (This is only because the application of edits 
to a multiple cell selection is rather complex, and currently assumes 
_numeric_ values).

Note the cross-hatch in the image above -- that is an optional ornamentation 
for READ ONLY cells (enabled by default).

However, Input and Output Series FLAG setting operations are enabled in 
the SCT for Text Series Slots. (As long as the slot is otherwise editable
-- e.g. the flags on Text Series Slots in a Snapshot Object cannot be set).
