Slot/Obj Viewers: Changes to Show/Add slots to Open/New SCT operations

The Slot Viewer's File >> SCT submenu used to have only these to operations:

   Show All Slots in New SCT ...
   Add All Slots to Open SCT ...

In now also supports "Selected Slots" variations:

   Show All Slots in New SCT ...
   Add All Slots to Open SCT ...
   Show Selected Slots in New SCT ...
   Add Selected Slots to Open SCT ...

Conversely, the "All Slots" variants of these operations have been REMOVED
from the Object Viewer and Open Object Dialog.  If the user wants to show
All slots of a SimObj in an SCT, that can be done by first selecting all of
the slots.

  Show Selected Slots in New SCT ...
  Add Selected Slots to Open SCT ...
