(1) Corrections to Plot and Axis setting controls, including completing 
    a few omissions.

(2) More dynamic update features between Plot Editor Dialog and the 
    Multiple Config Dialog.

(3) Added "Multiple" edit button to the Plot Editor Dialog.  
    Added tooltips to buttons.

(4) Double-clicking on an item loads the item's attributes into the edit 
    widgets (i.e. same as "Copy Settings to Edit Controls" context menu).

STILL TO DO:

Revisit granularity of Plot and Axis "setting groups" (groups of settings 
whose application to particular plots can be enabled or disabled by users).
This will also involve condensing controls, changing sets of radio buttons 
into combo boxes.
