Introduced a variation of the Single Line Text value type for rwTextSettings.
This presents a QLineEdit with a Reset button which assigns an application 
level default.  This is used for the RPL Statement model report item's 
"Title" setting.  The default title is:

   <rpl block name> - Statement #: <statement name>
   Count Days in Article VII - Statement 2: Multi Year

New rwSetting::ValueType:
   rwSetting::SINGLE_LINE_RESET

New rwSetting::Identifier:
   rwSetting::RPL_STATEMENT_TITLE
   ... used for model report item type: RPL_STATEMENT

New rwSettingTree incell editor class:
   class rwSettingTree::LEditWithResetEditor : public QWidget
