Object Viewer: Ops for: (1) Showing individual Obj dlgs, (2) Undocking all objs from viewer. Bug Number: NA Release notes (y/n): N For Release Nums: 7.1 Various operations were added for managing Open Object Dialogs and the Object Viewer were added. Also, two Workspace Object List problems were fixed (see below). (1) Workspace Objects menu: (a) Open Selected Objects in Viewer ... (b) Open Selected Objects Individually... (2) Workspace Object Icon context menu: (a) Open Selected Objects in Viewer... (b) Open Selected Objects Individually... (3) Object Viewer "File" menu: (a) Undock Current Object from Viewer (b) Undock All Objects from Viewer (4) Open Object Cluster dialog "Object" menu: (a) Open Objects in Viewer... Workspace Object List Fixes: (1) Double-clicking on an object item was still showing the Open Object Dialog instead of the new Object Viewer. (Note that IF that object is already shown in its own Open Object Dialog, still, that dialog will be opened, instead of the viewer). (2) Right clicking on an object within a multiple-object selection was causing the other selected object icons to be deselected. This prevented the user from being able to select multiple object items and show them in the Object Viewer, in a single operation. Note: There is special intended behavior for right-clicking an item in the Workspace Object List. However, that wasn't a good reason to blow away a multiple-object selection. The Simulation Object List documentation says, "Right-clicking on an object allows you to open the object without scrolling the workspace." I was able to retain that documented behavior (not scrolling the workspace) when right-clicking on an object item -- and having the "Open..." context menu operation open up the _multiple_ selected objects in the Object Viewer. ---
