(1) When adding objects to the viewer, they had been inserted in an 
    arbitrary order.  The set of new objects to be added is now sorted 
    alphabetically (case insensitive).

(2) Reconciled arbitrary difference in dragging behavior of Object Tabs 
    and Object Icon Button

(3) ToolTip on Object Icon Button:  The first line is the Object Type 
    description.  A conditional 2nd line was added, different in the 
    (a) Object Viewer and (b) Object Dialog:

   (a) Drag Icon to detach from Object Viewer
   (b) Drag Icon to drop into Object Viewer

(4) Clicking on the Object Icon Button now also ensures that the 
    "installed" object's object tab (the current tab) is scrolled 
    into view.

(5) Commented out diagnostic trace code
