  2. Design and estimate improved access to RPL documentation
  3. In-line expression comment wrapping

(1) For slot/timestep cells with a known Rule Priority (whether shown or not) -- in the Open SeriesSlot dialog and the SCT -- add a context menu operation to open the Rule. DONE
(2) For "completeness", show also tooltips on slot/timestep cells for flags (with the exception of the obvious ones: "I", "O"). DONE
(3) Add to the RPL Palette's two function tabs the Name Filter (which had been added to the RPL Object Selector) ... See top of screenshot. 8
