Phil's quick review of Qt Training Resources / 2-11-2014, edits: 2-12-2014.
NOTICE: Some of the available PDFs (e.g. the Qt Developer Guides) are formatted for paper size "A4" (11.7 inches high -- not 11 inches high). Printing the PDF from a web browser (Firefox) didn't show me the option to "Shrink oversized pages". It's important to download the PDF and print it out from Adobe Reader.

... at 10:40 -- Training Courses (in person)
... at 12:30 -- Training Materials ... "not designed specifically for self-learning"
... at 13:10 -- eLearning VideosThis is still "Nokia"-centric, not quite up to date. Cited materials have been moved to Digia and Qt Project.
Tutorials -- http://qt-project.org/doc/qt-4.8/tutorials.html
These are walkthroughs. They don't seem to have excersizes as such.
Qt Developer Guides -- http://qt-project.org/wiki/developer-guides
... Feb 2013, PDFs. This looks to be substantial, for these particular topics.

Many Qt presentation videos are available on the qt-project website AND on YouTube. Many of these are from the 2011 Developer Days conference. Some are newer.
You'd think the qt-project pages would be the best place, but their "search" function doesn't always give meaningful results, and some of the navigation features seem to be broken. I found it easier to find related videos on YouTube. Before committing the time to watch a video, see if one of the sources has a better quality version; (Some entries indicate "HD").
I enumerated a bunch which may be promising, but it still makes sense to spend more time browsing the index.
