RiverWare 6.4: Workspace Object List: Custom Ordering

The RiverWare Workspace's Object List now supports a custom object order option among the previously available sort options. When "Custom Order" is selected, the user can move an arbitrary selection of object items by clicking the up and down arrow buttons. (These buttons are disabled in the other order modes).
There is also a new "Set Custom Order" operation in this menu which is enabled only when "Custom Order" is not currently selected. This saves the currently displayed object order as the custom order and selects that mode. A popup dialog is shown to allow the user to either confirm or abort the "Set Custom Order" operation.
The following two properties are saved in the model file, and are restored upon reloading the model:
