Bugs Reported for the Qt4 Port Completion (RiverWare 6.4)

The SCT Qt4 Port was checked into the RiverWare 6.4 trunk in mid-May 2013.
On 6-5-2013, quite a bit of code was checked into the trunk for the removal of use of the Qt3 compatibility library. (See commit).
Additional Qt3 compatibilty library removal work is in progress.
