Phil Weinstein's DRAFT bio for website / Edit 2-20-2013

Phil joined CADSWES as a software engineer in 2000. His work focuses mainly on RiverWare graphical user interface features and data model internals. He has a bachelor of arts degree in computer science and math from Potsdam College, New York. Phil's software development background includes microprocessor and PC-based real-time control systems with Micrognosis and The Revenue Markets, Inc, and work on a structural geological modeling system (GeoSec) with Geo-Logic Systems and Paradigm Geophysical. Phil originally learned C++ by teaching an advanced C++ course at Ulster County Communty College (NY) in the mid-90's.
