   New: Multiple Account Method Selector
--------------------------------------------

With a design similar to the Multiple Object Account Method Selector, the new Multiple Account Method Selector allows the user to inspect and reassign methods of an arbitrary set of Accounts within a RiverWare model. It is accessible from the Accounts Manager Dialog -- from the dialog's Account menu and the account list's context menu. The method selector is initialized with whatever accounts (if any) were selected in the Accounts Manager Dialog -- additional accounts can be added using the general Account Selector. The Multiple Account Method Selector will be available in RiverWare 6.4.

General DMI GUI Enhancement:

DMI Year Mapping Group Dialog Enhancements:

[I.A.1] Sponsored Projects / RiverWare / New Development
Improved Slot Dialog window auto placement and size adjustments.
--------------------------------------------

Improvements were made to the initial placement and auto-sizing behavior of Slot Dialogs, with special provisions for multiple-screen workstations. Slots having many columns -- more than what can be viewed on one screen -- were posing usability problems. Open slot dialogs are now initially limited to a single screen size, their windows are initially made fully visible within their screen, and slots which naturally exceed a single-screen size are no longer automatically fitted (resized) as a result of subsequent user operations. These and additional related enhancements have been documented with Gnats 5386.

Maintenance Accomplishments

[I.A.4] Sponsored Projects / RiverWare / Software Maintenance
  File Chooser Dialogs
--------------------------------------------

Evidence of file system instability with one of the two forms of file chooser dialogs used in RiverWare (the custom Qt version) -- see Gnats 5364 -- motivated us to change all file chooser dialog uses to the native Windows file chooser. This has been completed for the RiverWare 6.4 release. A new RiverWare file chooser class (RwFileDialog) was created in order to migrate all uses of the undesirable file chooser to the native file chooser. This has the additional potential benefit of providing a central point from which additional file chooser features can be implemented, such "application-level file history" recording, and making available the full path of the picked file to the system clipboard -- though we have not yet enabled those features. (Not all RiverWare file chooser uses are currently implemented with the new RwFileDialog class).
