SCT: custom color for the "Z" (DMI Input) flag

The SCT's configuration and series slot display was enhanced to support a distinct cell background color for series slot timesteps assigned the "Z" flag. This color is initially (by default) the same as for the standard "I" (Input) flag.

Statistical Table Slot: Export Copy

The "Export Copy" function has been added to the Statistical Table Slot dialog. A rectangular cell selection can be copied to the system clipboard and subsequently pasted into a spreadsheet application (e.g. Microsoft Excel). Options include numeric precision choice ("display" or "model") and inclusion of row header and column header text.

Gnats 5329: Open Object Dialog: "Insert Element Before Aggregate Object" ordering bug.
Gnats 5330: Open Series Slot Dialog: "Set All" Timestep I/O operations were being applied to only the selected cells.
Gnats 5331: Crash opening-and-loading a 2nd Ruleset which is invalid for the loaded model.
Gnats 5322: Accounting workspace: Improved supply creation error messages.
Gnats 5335: Series Slot with Periodic Input, periodic mode: unit type was not preserved in model file.

Maintenance Accomplishments

(A) Qt3-to-Qt4 port of the SCT

Porting of the SCT's series data tables was provisionally completed in May 2013 for RiverWare 6.4. Optional incell display of series timestep flag letters and rule priority numbers had been overlooked. These SCT features were completed in June.

(B) Qt3-to-Qt4 Port Completion

With the exception of the DbDmi and Client/Server libraries (which are underway in July), all RiverWare modules have been ported from Qt3 to Qt4.

In May, use of all remaining Qt3 widgets (notably all lists and tables) had been recoded with Qt4 widgets.
In June, use of Qt3 compatibility C++ methods has been recoded with Qt4 -- with minor possible exceptions which will become apparent in the last stage of this porting work.

Exclusion of use of the Qt3 compatibility library was effected at the C++ module level (i.e. individual C++ files). Disabling the compatibility library at the RiverWare library level will be done after the DbDmi and Client/Server library ports have been completed to the point of removal of all Qt3 widgets. This will probably be completed in July.

[Note: Bill will probably be reporting Qt4 porting work this month (June), in DbDmi and the Client/Server library].
