These screenshots show the widget layout previews from Qt4 Designer for the three initial functions. (The parameters for the two Markov Chain functions are very similer -- only the Non-Homogeneous function will support the "Paleo Weighting" checkbox). For actual use, to accomodate actual File Paths, the plugin dialog will naturally be operated with a larger width. (Extra horizontal space goes to the file path entry / selection fields). Clicking the elipses buttons (...) will bring up a file chooser. We could choose to deploy also "open file" icon buttons to show the file in a text editor; (that might be appropriate for some of these files).
