Task and code change: Series Slots with Periodic Input.

Effect(s) on Regression Test(s):

  "Periodic Input" child slots were added to "Pan Evaporation" series slots
  on Reservoirs, Reaches, and Ground Water objects.

  The following seven Regression tests are expected to fail with model
  differences (new slots):

    (1) bhops
    (2) reachMod
    (3) accountingRules
    (4) SanJuan
    (5) urgwomPlanning
    (6) waterRightsTest
    (7) accountingHeronInflow

  The model differences look like this:
