   (A) Time Aggregation Series Slots

"Time Aggregation Series Slots" are a new type of series slot which temporally aggregates any other single series slot. They are created on data objects by the user. This feature was development primarily in May, and completed in June. The tasks completed in June include:

• Auto-evaluation at End of Run, implementation and testing.
• Persistence of the Time Aggregation Series Slot's Aggregation configuration record, using XML embedded in the Tcl serialization.
• Excluding pre-simulation NaNs from the option to "Fail on encountering NaN value".
• Advanced operation to duplicate a Time Aggregation Series Slot for the same referenced slots on other similar objects. This feature is described in this document:

• Final testing and post-review modifications.

    Study Manager Plugins / "Model File" and "RPL Policy"

Two simple Study Manager "event" plugins were developed: "Model File" and "RPL Policy". Although these are "event" (process) plugins, they effectively represent file-based objects, respectively a model file, and a RPL Set file plus a list of Global RPL Function Sets. "Executing" these plugins causes them to generate XML-encoded descriptors for these file-based objects. This development is complete except for finalization of the XML schema.

    Study Manager Plugins / "R"-Function Plugins / Meta-Data Support

These three Study Manager Plugins, for deployment of "R"-implemented functions, were enhanced to support two forms of "meta-data" generation within certain generated data files:

• Hydrology Simulator (KNN and Markov Chain functions)
• Temporal Disaggregation
• Spatial Disaggregation

• View the contents of any user-specified input file, using a popup file-viewer, via an icon button.
  
• Declare the number of initial lines in the input file which represent meta-data (to be skipped in the course of processing the data in that file).
• Optionally allow such initial lines to be propagated to the head of certain generated files.
• Optionally include other user-specified text lines at the head of those generated files.
