Can we add a default row for LENGTH? Function should be "Last". In fact, default for Volume should be "Last". ...
B | Shouldn't the default for flow be "Ave" (mean). Flows in RW are timestep average. But, I could see how you would want to summarize a monthly sct showing AF/month to a yearly timestep that shows the total flow for the year. Good thing they can change it.
The "RiverWare Default" was tentatively coded. (This webpage shows how this is set up in code). The last row is a catch-all default, and is currently set to the "Last" summary function. It is fine to redundantly define a LENGTH rule for "Last" too. I'll discuss this with you to confirm. ... This is the "RiverWare Default" Summary Function Specification David has requested: |

Spell out "Part" to "Partial". There is plenty of room.
We removed "(Part)" altogether, and "tied" the relevant note about the Slot Name below the list to the column header as a footnote (on "Slot Name" in the column header). See prior image.

Make the instructions (at the top of the dialog) more active: "Specify a summary function for each slot based on the Unit Type or Slot Name. The first matching row is used."

In the single Summary function selector,
you can choose 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th... all the way up to the number of timesteps
in the aggregation. In your new dialog, this is limited to 1st-4th. |

I'll fix this. |
