Direct editing of the Ruleset path can be started either by clicking the "pencil" or by double clicking on a Ruleset Name. (We might decide to drop the Pencil icons).

Clicking on an Ellipsis Button brings up a file chooser to pick a Ruleset file. These are implemented as (clickable) icons rather than as actual button widgets.

An enhancement of opening up the referenced RPL Set (in a RPL Set editor) could be considered -- possibly just as a context menu operation.

Not yet implemented is an "Append Ruleset" button to be shown below the list.
