The old "Find Series Slots with Inputs" dialog (to the right) has been generalized with a combo box to support two special "Search Slots" functions (see below):

• Find Series Slots with Inputs  (prior functionality)
• Search Slot Descriptions  (new functionality)

The new "Search Slot Descriptions" mode is described on the subsequent pages.

RiverWare 5.1 to 6.0 (9-2008):

Even though these two functions are implemented within a single dialog, they are presented as two distinct operations in the Workspace Slots menu. The "Search Slots" dialog is shown in the mode corresponding to the particular selected menu operation. The user is able to switch to the other search mode within that dialog. Additional Slot search modes may be implemented in the future.
