This _sometimes_ occurs adding a Supply via the Accounting Workspace
context menus (with either the old Qt3 or new Qt4 Accounting Workspace).

Diagnostic Messages:

15: SLOT: SandyRiver City to SandyRiverAbvHappyLake City.Supply: Input 
  flags do not match slot "Sandy River^City.Outflow": Run init will correct 
  this.
