The "U" flag is supported on these Power Reservoir slots:

Energy
Turbine Release

Note: The "Allows Flag" and "Has Flag" GUS slot filters are useful for testing, and working with new flags.

These are accessible, for example, from the workspace menu: Workspace >> Slots >> Open Slot .... The slot filters are selected from the top right option button.
