6.0 Hours -- Completing Group and Note Editing (today)
6.0 Hours -- Slot Note Assocations Editing (today plus. I'll probably do this over the weekend)
8.0 Hours -- Serialization in the context of model files
6.0 Hours -- Serialization in the context of Object import/export files
8.0 Hours -- Revision of Note support in Series Slot and related accounting editor dialogs, including timestep navigation features.
4.0 Hours -- Revision of Note support in the SCT
8.0 Hours -- Supporting RPL Expression Series Slots in the standard Slot Editor
4.0 Hours -- Draft of notes for Online Help revision

... that's pretty much on target for the end of next week.

Total Development Estimate (Phil's work): 107.25 Hours

Neil's estimate was 84 hours, plus 6 hours for rewriting online help (which is an estimate for what may be David's time).
