SCT Enhancement: Object Dispatch/Solved Status Display

Feature Request:

1. After a model run is completed from the SCT, show in the SCT an indication of whether or not all Simulation Objects dispatched and solved.
2. Also, if the entire model didn't solve, provide a push button to show the Run Analysis dialog.

Design:

The SCT already supports a "Run Status Panel" which temporarily replaces the Selection Status Panel (at the bottom of the SCT) after a Model Run is started, until the user clicks the "Dismiss" button.

Additional information will be shown in the Run Status Panel if any SimObjs did not completely (at all Run Period timesteps) dispatch and solve:

• The number of SimObjs which did not fully Dispatch.
• The number of SimObjs which did not fully Solve.
• An Icon Button to show the Run Analysis dialog.

Sample Run Status text:  "3 objects did not fully dispatch; 5 did not fully solve."
