Rotated Table Header Experiment with Qt4 QHeaderView

This is just a proof-of-concept. The code to generate the rotated text would need to be re-written for production. Below are images for both the Simulation Grid and Rule Grid. The current release appearance is shown on the left. The rotated text font can be made to look better -- there is some incidental undesirable QPixmap resizing occuring which would need to be addressed.
