RiverWare Qt4 Initialization Problem: Blank GusPanels -- 2-21-2008 (Phil)

The GUS Selector comes up essentially blank. If GUS is shown with radio buttons along the top (for the type of Slot Container, also called "Slot Agent"), then exercising those radio buttons results in a recovery.
