SUMMARY OF CHANGES IN RIVERWARE PATCH RELEASE 4.9.2

The following bugs were fixed:

* 4308 and 4333: Model crashes when using the multi-object method
   selector.
* 4315: Name Map priorities need to reflect selection filter settings
   in wildcarded selections. Users will need to re-apply the selection
   to update the priorities.
* 4321--partially addressed:  Rules no longer require DMI groups.
* 4322: Problem with Fill Conservation Pool accounting method when
   previous storage is above conservation pool.
* 4329: Subbasin error messages were not providing any context.
   Certain flood control error messages were also improved.
* 4331: Operations for adding columns to AggSeriesSlots on Data
   Objects were not completely implemented.
* 4340: Wrong account type in General tab, Account Type combo box.
* 4342: Temporal Disaggregation factors were restricted to be less
   than or equal to 1.0, resulting in incorrect disaggregation.
   Factors can now be any positive value.
* 4343: Core dump when saving after the deletion of a SimObj with
   slots involved in a Link Display Group RootSelection.
* 4346: Core dump when deleting account.
* 4350: Open AggSeriesSlot Dialog-Slot column header UNITS problem.

The following fixes to HDB connectivity are also included in this patch:

* Empty arrays (representing either no values to write or no values to
   delete) will no longer be sent from the client to the server,
   eliminating an Oracle error.
* RiverWare will always read or write slots whose unit type is NONE,
   regardless of how the dataset units are configured.  This seems
   reasonable, given that no unit conversion is possible if the unit
   type is NONE.  A diagnostic will be posted, as this situation could
   represent a configuration error.
