RiverWare 4.9 SCT Enhancement

It is now possible to show series data (SeriesSlots and TableSeriesSlot columns) which have a timestep size differing from the model's timestep in an SCT.

Any single SCT instance can show series data of only one particular timestep size.

In general, by default, an SCT's timestep size matches that of Run Control. The user can override this timestep with a setting in the General Tab of the SCT Configuration dialog box.

If the first Slot added to an empty SCT has a timestep size differing from that of Run Control, the Timestep Size Override is automatically set.
