Account Subordination (overriding the relative priority between Accounts based on Priority Date) is configured within the Account Slot: "Subordinated Rights" (a List Slot).

The "Subordinated Rights" Account Slot is visible only on Water Accounts with the "Subordination of Right" Method set to "Subordinate Senior Rights".

Note that the subordination relationships were added by Phil Weinstein, so are arbitrary.
