RiverWare Gnats 4325 -- RootSelection / PseudoSlotRef Client (SCT) AggSeriesSlot Column "Normalization" Change Error.

A bug was introduced in certain RootSelection / SlotColRefs (formerly PseudoSlotRefs) clients when RootSelection was modified to enforce a "Normalized" encoding of AggSeriesSlot Column references of (AggSeriesSlot* / Column Index) instead of the alternative representation with a direct SeriesSlot pointer (SeriesSlot / no column index).
