Experimental Color Chooser [QtGUI/ColorChooser.hpp/cpp]

• This was tried as an alternative to the Qt QColorDialog color selector which has a very limited programming interface. This new dialog box provides a higher level of integration with the client, allowing tentative color selections to be viewed in the context of the application. We decided not to use this mostly because of a concern that 88 colors doesn't provide sufficient variety to end users. The design & development time needed to manage user configurations of this pallet isn't warranted. We'll just use the QColorDialog until an actual requirement can't be satisfied by that dialog box.
