Overview: The user selects two Accounts on different objects: an Upstream Account and a Downstream Account. If new PassThrough Accounts can be created and linked on all physically linked objects between the selected Accounts, then pressing the OK button or Apply button will perform that operation. Newly created Accounts and Supplies will have properties selected by the user (i.e. Account Name, Water Type, Water Owner, Release Type and Destination).
