Analyze Ensemble Data Set script action

Within the Analyze Ensemble Data Set script action, a change was made to
use internal units in all statistical computations. In some cases, this
could lead to slightly different results.

Issues
----------------------
The following issues were addressed:
6718: In certain situations, SCT columns expanded after a run.
6719: The bifurcation object's Object Level Accounting Method,  "Zero Slot
      Inflows" was not setting values for all accounts on the object.
6720: A run could slow down when showing the Execute Run script action on
      the Script Dashboard.
