Issues

The following issues were addressed:
6437: The Model Comparison tool was incorrectly identifying differences in
      Aggregate Series Slot values.
6459: An error occurred in the solution of a multi-slot when priorities of
      the sub-slots were involved.

Accounting Methods
----------------------
In the Reservoir Account Gain Loss category, the Elephant Butte Gain Loss
method was modified in how it handles accounts with negative storage.
