Issues

The following issues were addressed:

6398: Within a DMI, closing a dataset dialog with the red X led to an error.
6404/6406: In RiverWare 8.0, connections to HDB require Oracle client
      version 18. The message indicating the required version has been
      updated.
6405: Within RPL, the list difference operation did not remove all duplicates.
6407: RPL did not always recognize newly added accounts.
6409: A naming issue with the new reservoir dispatch method names was fixed.
6411: A periodic slot plot did not always contain the variability of the slot.
