Aquifer Pumped Flow
----------------------
On the Aquifer object, the Pumped Flow slot was added to the list of
linkable dispatch slots and converted to a Multi Slot. This better mirrors
the Pumped Flow slot on the Groundwater Storage object. In addition,
proposed links were added to the Smart Linker.

Issues
----------------------
The following issues were addressed:

    6283: In the Optimization solution analysis tool, a misreporting of the
          problem was corrected.
    6292: An internal error was incorrectly posted in certain accounting
          models.
    6323: The RPL Viewer did not remember the last tab viewed when a tab
          was closed.
    6347: The Output Canvas was not sizing the teacup legend correctly for
          larger fonts.
    6354: The RPL Viewer was unnecessarily shortening RPL Item names on the
          tabs.
    6358: Exporting to RiverWISE did not work when the workspace background
          image was not available.
    6363: In Scripts, the Set Slot Value actions can use a RPL function.
          This was not working correctly when setting values with unit type
          of Time.
    6365: The Locator View is not supported on a configured geospatial view.
          Now the locator buttons are not shown when this view is selected.
    6367: A sample Rulebased Simulation run time increased three-fold with
          the Object Viewer open. Now the Object Viewer is only updated
          outside of a run or when a run is paused.
    6370: The Aquifer slot Pumped Flow was not a linkable. See above.
    6372: In an Excel Database DMI, when using the "Read/Write the workbook
          directly" option, single column table slots were not imported
          correctly. Now, a table slot with one column can be represented
          in the Excel sheet with a slot name which isn't in a merged cell.
