VERSIONS 7.5 AND 7.5.1 ARE NO LONGER AVAILABLE due to a serious issue,
RW-6326: When using a Global Functions Set, comparison of datetimes
specified as literal strings led to incorrect results. See release notes
for version 7.5.2 for more information. Please use 7.5.2 or later. 

Additional Issues in 7.5.1

The following issues were addressed:

6298: Excel DMI failed with text in the timestep row or column header.
6300: The initial workspace window size was sometimes very small.
6307: Performing a model comparison could cause a subsequent run to fail.
6312: The SCT could display data incorrectly for an Agg Series Slot.
6313: An Excel DMI did not correctly import a scalar slot.
