Major Bug Fixes:
6111: Within a script's "Set Scalar Slot Value" action for symbolic
      datetimes, the Min/Max Edit Values were replaced with static dates
      on model save/load. Please check your Min/Max Values for this action.
6114: The Unit Generator Power method used an incorrect Pool Elevation
      when calculating Operating Head.
6117: On the Storage and Level Power Reservoirs, the "Hydrologic Inflow
      and Loss" method was not executing correctly when Inflow was
      computed to be less than zero. Now, the method will correctly set
      the Inflow to zero and set the negative value on the Hydrologic
      Inflow Adjust slot.

Additional bug fixes:
6041: On the Configure Existing Slots dialog, the buttons are enabled when
      appropriate.
6055: Within POSAT, the "Dual Price Raw" and "Reduced Cost Raw" always
      displayed zero.
6079: In the SCT, after using "Set Labels To" menu, the Accept button was
      not available.
6089: Changing Agg Series time range could cause loss of data.
6092: Copying from the Slot Viewer did not reflect reordered slots.
6094: In the Slot Viewer, you could not change a slot name after using the
      Slot Configuration dialog.
6097: A crash could occur when removing a RPL set by a script action when
      the RPL Viewer was open.
6098: An Output Canvas Text Item on the workspace did not retain position
      when copied.
6100/6101: A crash could occur after removing an Output Canvas from the
      workspace.
6107: Within a script's "Remove RPL Set" action, the Confirm Removal
      setting was not applied correctly.
6109: Within a script, executing another script multiple times did not
      work.
6112: A crash could occur while entering values into a slot and using
      arrow keys.
6113: A crash could occur when applying multi-plot edits to the Y axis of
      an empty plot.
