SUMMARY OF CHANGES IN RIVERSMART PATCH RELEASE 8.2.1 Released February 16, 2021 Enhancements --------------------------- RiverSMART 8.2.1 contains the following enhancements: - Improved Delete key behavior when editing a text item: Previously, when editing a text item, the Delete key deleted the entire text item. Now the Delete key behaves as expected, deleting either the selected text or the next character if no text is selected. - New scenario simulation state "Succeeded with a Warning": For a multiple run, users configure how many traces can fail before the run is terminated. Previously RiverSMART supported two simulation states: "Succeeded" (green icon) and "Failed" (red icon). A run with traces that fail, but not enough to terminate the run, was treated the same as succeeded, which meant users wouldn't know traces failed unless they expanded the scenario's tree item in the Scenario List Simulator dialog. Now, RiverSMART supports a third simulation state - "Succeeded with a Warning" (orange icon) - indicating to users that traces failed but the entire run did not fail. - Improved wording in the Scenario Confirmation dialog: When regenerating scenarios, the Scenario Confirmation dialog presents information about how changes to the study's inputs will impact the study, especially for scenarios that have been successfully simulated and will have their status invalidated. Scenarios have a check box to specify whether the scenario's status should be cleared. The description of the check box semantics has been improved for clarity.
